Like many older downtowns, Quincy Center’s water mains, sewer lines and electrical and gas conduits are aging and must be upgraded before any large-scale improvements can occur.

$250 million in infrastructure improvements will upgrade the city's aging infrastructure and provide a solid underpinning for new development.
